Report issues
This is the page for reporting events, issues and comments.
Each user can only see his/her own reports, but the representative and staff can see the total report for the selected condominium.
Once a report has been sent, the agent and staff with an account - such as caretakers, cleaners, etc. - will be notified of the event.
Changes to the status of each notification are notified to the notifier and all other parties involved.

This is explained in detail in the Report procedure section of the Basic Functions page.
Edit report
On the Reports page, your reports are displayed in separate cards.
You are free to edit the details on this form.

Change report status
To edit the status of a report, open the edit form as already mentioned.
At the bottom of the form, a box will appear showing the current status of the report (e.g. "New" or "Pending")
Tapping on the box will bring up the status list, from here you can select a new status.
Tap on the new status you want to change, then press the Save button in the bottom right corner of the editing page to finalise the change.
The change will be notified to all relevant stakeholders in the mobile app.
The status checkbox only appears for users with a staff or representative account.
