Invitation codes
On this page you will find the settings for the invitation codes.
Invitation codes are used to link users to the condominium.
Available invitation types:
- User
- You can make a report, but only see your own, you cannot edit the status
- You can sign up for an appointment.
- You can see contact details, news alerts
- Employee (staff)
- Can make a report and see all the announcements for the condominium, can edit the status
- Sign up for an appointment
- View contact details, notifications
- Representative
- You can make an announcement and see all announcements for the condominium, edit the status
- Set up appointments, appointments
- You can add, edit contact details, announcements
- Add or remove staff access rights
- Create invitations
- Edit your condominium details
- Manage your subscription packages
Add invitation
Tap Add new in the top right corner.
Use the form that appears to create a new invitation.
- Give your invitation a name to make it easier to identify.
- You can also add notes, this will not be visible to other users.
- Set the access level (user, employee or representative)
- Finally, tap on the Create New button
The creation form will disappear and you will see the newly added invitation in the list.
View invitation, print
Tap on the invitation you created to open it.
You will see the code at the top of the pop-up window with the QR code below it.
You can use Copy code to forward the code.
With Export PDF you can print the invitation immediately.
Set the print image to horizontal layout to make it aesthetically pleasing.
View invitation, print
Open the invitation in the aforementioned way. In the top left corner of the window that opens, you will find a red trash bin looking button.
Tap the red trash button and confirm your wish to delete the invitation.
The application returns to the list view. If you still see the invitation that you have already deleted refresh list.
