Community Settings

On this page you can see the communities you are connected to in the app.

You can edit their details or delete the account's link to the condo by tapping on the name of the condo.

In each case, you will need to confirm the deletion separately to avoid accidental deletions.

TIP

You can only delete a condo connection if you have already added another one. Each user account must belong to at least one condominium to avoid being locked out of the system.

Change subscriptions

Use this option to change your subscriptions. This option is only available to users with Representative privileges.

caution

Only the condominium creator can edit subscriptions, no other added representatives.

TIP

You can edit subscriptions paid by credit card by going to the Stripe customer portal page. To edit subscriptions paid by wire transfer, contact us, either via one of our contact details or within the mobile app on the Support page.

Options on the Stripe Customer Portal:

  • Change subscriptions
    • Package and condo name displayed
  • Edit payment methods
  • Subscription history
