Registration
Registration can be completed in about 10 minutes.
As a representative, you first need to register your condominium on the Internet Platform, and only then can you connect users via invitations, from which point the assistant app on your phone or tablet becomes available.
The Platform can be accessed via the Tarsashaz App Platform.
Step 1
Registration process for Representatives:

Open the Platform in an internet browser. You can do this by opening Tarsashaz App Platform.

Navigate to the Registration page
- Enter an email address
- Enter a strong password, at least 8 characters long.
- Invitation code for representatives: kepviselo
- Tap on the Register button
Step 2
- Enter your personal details and save using the Save button at the bottom of the page.
Step 3
- On the "Welcome" page that appears, tap New Community.
- The "Command Palette" panel will appear, tap Add New Community at the bottom.
- Enter the following information:
- Community fantasy name
- Postal / Area code (Format: 1010)
- Street and house number.
- Tap the Next button
- Enter your billing information, this is required for the Tarsashaz App.
- Billing name
- Postal code
- City
- Address
- Tax number (if applicable)
- Click on the Next button
Step 4
- Select package - On this page you will find the subscription packages.
At the top of the page you can navigate between monthly and annual subscription plans.
- Select one of the subscription packages, tap Begin trial.
- If you did not choose the bank transfer option, you will be redirected to the payment gateway.
- Enter the necessary details:
- phone number
- Card details (or either Apple Pay or Google Pay)
- Accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Notice above the payment button
- Tap on Start Trial.
- Enter the necessary details:
- If you have chosen the Bank transfer option:
- A pop-up window will inform you of what to do, tap Ok.
- Check your email inbox
- A pop-up window will inform you of what to do, tap Ok.
We offer a 90-day free trial for all packages. For annual subscriptions, we offer an additional 20% discount on card payment and bank transfer subscription.
Our pricing model is based on a maximum number of users. If the number of users exceeds the capacity of the package, we will ask the Subscriber to upgrade to a larger package. This approach ensures that all residents and staff members can make the best use of our application.
Enter your details
When registering, members will be asked to provide their name and phone number, this is required for the purpose of contacting residents and condominium staff.
In addition to contacting the condominium, the application uses personal data only for customer service, troubleshooting and user requests, only with the user's consent.

Finalise registration
After you have entered the required information, created your community, selected your package and completed the steps in step four, the application will redirect you to the home page, Reports. You are now assigned to your condominium, registration is complete.
