Appointments - for representatives

On this page you can publish your visiting times.

This tool is not a calendar planner or appointment booking system. Its purpose is to give Representatives an overview of the attendance intentions for each appointment. Users can express their intention to attend the different dates, allowing Members to plan their day efficiently and prepare for possible meetings accordingly.

On the user side, registration or cancellation is anonymous, but the Rep will be notified of both types of event - if they register for an appointment or if they cancel.

Add appointment

Tap New appointment in the top right corner.

The New Appointment form that appears will allow you to add appointments.

Enter

  • on which day
  • what time it starts (e.g. 9:45)
  • when it ends (e.g. 13:30)

To save, press the Save button at the bottom of the form.

To save, check your entries and tap Save in the bottom right corner.

All users in the condominium will be notified of new listings.

Edit date

On the Appointments page, you will find a list of all the appointments you have added.

Structure of the list:

  • Appointment details
  • Number of attendees (in the middle)
  • Edit button (on the right, three dots vertically)

Edit

Tap the edit button to choose whether to edit or delete the current date.

Selecting the edit option will open the Edit Date form.

Here you can edit the date details and reset the participation counter to default.

Press the Save button to finalise your changes.

TIP

Reset the counter at the end of each appointment.

Delete

After selecting the delete option, confirm your intention to delete in the pop-up window.

The appointment is deleted.

caution

Users will not be notified about changes to the appointment nor about the deletion of the appointment.
