Reporting errors

This is the page for reporting events, errors and comments.

All users can only see their own reports.

Once a report has been sent, the representative and staff with a staff account, such as caretakers, cleaners, will be notified of the event.

Changes to the status of each notification will be notified to the notifier and all other parties concerned.

On the Notifications page, your notifications will be displayed in separate cards.

Notification procedure

First step

In the top right corner, you will find a button labelled New Notification. Pressing this button will bring up the filing form.

A short address must be entered in the form. Preferably enter the event itself as the address for easy identification. Such a title could be for example "Bad door lock" or "Pipe burglary".

In the next field, you can fill in the details, describing in a few words the character, duration and location of the incident, in fact, all the important and related information.

It is advisable to make short, concise and to the point announcements.

Upload image - second step

There are two buttons at the bottom of the form: Upload Image and Save.

Click on the Upload Image button to choose between selecting an existing image from the Gallery or open the camera and take a new one.

In either case, the system may ask for permission to open the camera or access the images, accept this, otherwise you will not be able to upload the image to the app.

After selecting or creating the image, it will appear in a small window under the details field on the left.

You may see a round status indicator rotating instead of the Upload Image button, this indicates the upload is in progress, once you switch back to Upload Image the image will appear in the small window indicating the upload was successful.

By tapping on the small window, the image can be enlarged. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the image, close the magnifying glass. By clicking on the red bin icon next to the small window, you can remove the uploaded image and select another one.

TIP

In most cases, it's a good idea to include a picture of the event for easy identification.

Finish

Review the information provided and its correctness and check the uploaded image.

Once you have found everything correct, tap Save.

The form will close and you will see your latest submission, the appropriate staff will be notified immediately.

Edit reports

On the Report page, your reports are displayed in separate cards.

To edit, tap on the text in the report card, the edit form will open.

You are free to edit the details in this form.

To remove the image, tap on the red bin on the left below the "notification details" field.

To select a new image, tap the photo in the bottom left corner of the form, then choose from the gallery or take a new image using the camera.

Once you have selected a picture, it will appear in the right hand side under the "submission details" field. Tap on the image to enlarge it.

To save, check the contents of the edit form and tap the Save button in the bottom right corner.

The relevant users will also be notified of the changes in this case.
