Beyond the basic functions, you can learn about the Representative functions.
In this section, you will find a description of the features that appear beyond the basic functions and are specifically designed to perform the tasks of a representative, starting with the differences in the mobile application and then the features of the web Platform.
Users with a representative role can access most of the features on the computer-based Platform interface, as some features are more limited in the mobile version. Availability of features is reduced in the following order: platform, tablet, mobile.
As a representative, you must first register your condominium on the Internet Platform and only then can you connect users via invitations, from which point the Assistant app becomes available on phone or tablet.
The Platform can be accessed via the Tarsashaz App Platform.
Registration
Registration is possible for representatives via web platform or for users via mobile app application after the representative has already created the condominium account.
Registration process for users:
- Download the Tarsashaz App from the appropriate app store. (Apple App Store, Google Play Store)
- Navigate to the Registration page.
- Enter an email address.
- Enter a strong password, at least 8 characters long.
- Scan the QR code on the invitation using the button on the right side of the Invitation Code field or type in the 19-character code.
- Enter your details and save using the button at the bottom of the page.
- Registration is complete.
On the registration page, you will be asked to enter an invite code, which will be generated by the representative within the application under Invitation codes.
The invitation code generated can be distributed either as a code or as a PDF export for printing, with the option to scan the QR code over the phone or enter the code manually during registration. Print the invitations and place them in the buildings.
The code consists of 19 characters including hyphens.

Enter data
When registering, users are required to provide their name and phone number, this is necessary to contact the collective.
In addition to contacting the condominium, the application uses personal data only for customer service, troubleshooting and user requests, only with the user's consent.

Finalize registration
Once you have provided the required information, the application will redirect you to the home page, Registration. You are now assigned a user account for your condominium, registration is complete.
