Staff
This page lists users with a higher access level than user level.
Such privileges can only be accessed by users with a special invite for staff or representatives, or by special representative add.
Add staff members
You may want to add staff privileges to a person who has been logged in with a basic user invitation.
In the top right corner of the Staff page you will find a large + (plus) sign, tap this to bring up the Add Staff window.
The window will display a list of people with a possible regular user level.
To add a new user, tap + (plus) to the right of the person's name, then close the window by pressing X in the top right corner.
Return to the main Staff page to find a list of people with a staff or representative account.
In addition to the contact details for each person, you will find three options to the right of the entries:
- Add to contacts page
- Edit details
- Delete
Highlight staff members
To the right of the contact details, the very first button is a phone-cup shaped sign.
You can tap this to highlight the staff member's name and contact details on the Staff contacts page.
You'll see that after you press the button in the shape of a telephone, it will change to a - (minus) sign.
If you tap on the minus sign, the employee's details will be removed from the Contacts page.
Edit staff members
Tap on the pencil-shaped button to bring up the Edit Employee Details form.
On this page you can edit the position and phone number.
By default, the position field is blank, so it is useful to enter the position held by the employee so that users can easily find their way around if highlighted.
Delete staff members
The third option is the red trashcan button, pressing this will take away the user's staff privileges.
This option does not delete the user account, but converts it to account with regular user privileges with immediate effect.
From that moment on, the removed user will only be able to see his/her own submissions, will lose his/her editor privileges and will have access to the application as a regular user.
To add a staff member, follow the instructions in the Add a staff member section.
Do not remove your own account, you may exclude yourself from the condominium representative privileges. In case of accidental removal, please contact us!
