Community Settings
On this page, you can see the communities you are connected to in the app.
You can tap the name of the condominium to delete the account's association with the condominium.
In each case, you will need to confirm the deletion separately to avoid accidental deletions.
You can only delete a connection if you have already added another one. Each user account must belong to at least one condominium to avoid being locked out of the system.
Data Management Settings
On this page, you can personalize the data management preferences you have already set.
Personalized ads
This option is about the processing of advertising-related data. By tapping this option, you can change your consent in a pop-up window.
Application operational analytics
This feature sends anonymous information to us about possible errors or crashes within the application. Use the switch on the right to set it to active or off.
Change profile
Use this page to edit your personal details
- Name
- Phone number
To edit, enter your new details in the field(s) and tap Save.
Change Email Address
Use this page to edit the email address associated with your account.
To change it, enter a new email address and tap Save.
A confirmation email will be sent to the new email address, click on the link in the email to activate the change. If you do not open the link the change will not be completed.
Logout
Tap the Logout button at the bottom of the Settings page to log out.
Other settings
Delete data, suspend account
You have the option to request the deletion of your data or account. This cannot be done automatically, please contact us.
